Ceramic Coating Warranty

This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by Fluid Detailing, located at Unit 54 Team Valley Business Centre, Earlsway, Gateshead, NE11 0QH, herein referred to as the "Provider," to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of the ceramic coating product ("Product") applied on the vehicle described herein ("Vehicle").

Coverage Period:

The Warranty coverage period varies according to the chosen ceramic coating product:

  • 36 months for Gyeon Q2 Pure Evo

  • 60 months for Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light and EXOv5.

This coverage starts from the date of application.

Coverage Terms and Conditions:

The ceramic coating applied to the vehicle guarantees the following performance attributes:

  • The vehicle's paintwork will retain its original gloss throughout the warranty period.

  • Protection against a wide range of environmental elements is ensured, maintaining the integrity of the paintwork.

  • The self-cleaning abilities of the paintwork will be preserved, enhancing the vehicle's appearance.

  • Removal of bird droppings, organic contamination, tar deposits, bugs, and acid marks will be facilitated, making maintenance easier.

  • The chosen coating will maintain its water beading and sheeting properties for at least 24 months provided correct maintenance procedures are followed, and the vehicle is not subjected to extreme conditions.

These performance assurances are contingent upon adherence to regular maintenance by Fluid Detailing.

Application Warranty: The Provider further warrants that the ceramic coating shall be applied in a professional manner, free from defects in workmanship and materials, at the time of installation.

Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, alterations, or acts of nature. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by chemical exposure or abrasive cleaning methods.

Regular Maintenance Requirement: In order for this Warranty to apply, the Vehicle must be regularly maintained by Fluid Detailing according to the recommended maintenance schedule provided by the Provider.

Claim Procedure: In the event of a potential Warranty claim, the Purchaser must promptly notify The Provider.  The Provider reserves the right to inspect the Vehicle and assess the claimed damages to determine coverage eligibility.

Remedies: If the Product fails to perform as warranted within the Coverage Period and under the terms outlined herein, the Provider shall, at its discretion, either repair or reapply the ceramic coating.

Limitation of Liability: The Provider's liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or reapplication of the Product as outlined herein. In no event shall the Provider be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Transferability: This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser of the ceramic coating Product.

Voidance: Any alteration, modification, or repair of the ceramic coating Product performed by unauthorised parties shall void this Warranty.

Disclaimer:

This Warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Purchaser in connection with the ceramic coating Product. No other representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, apply to the Product, except as expressly stated herein.

By accepting the application of the ceramic coating Product, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Warranty.
